Lalit Kalra obtained his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.

Lalit takes a fearless, yet practical, professional and resolution-oriented approach to litigation. However, Lalit is not afraid to litigate in court and has significant experience arguing motions and conducting trials at the Ontario Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Justice.

Before entering private practice, Lalit developed a broad range of litigation experience. During law school, he worked with both criminal defence firms and the Crown Attorney’s office. He later articled at a mid-sized, full-service Bay Street firm in downtown Toronto with a focus on civil litigation. He also had the unique opportunity to serve as a judicial clerk, interning with judges during a semester of law school.

Lalit serves as Counsel to the Firm, where he assists on complex litigation matters, particularly those involving estates disputes with significant family law components.
