Lambert Kwok is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School.
Prior to entering private practice, Lambert worked as a criminal Crown prosecutor in the Brampton and Mississauga courthouse, the busiest criminal jurisdiction in Canada. He prosecuted numerous high-profile cases involving serious charges such as aggravated assault, sexual assault, kidnapping, human trafficking and murder.
In addition to prosecuting more than 500 impaired driving cases, Lambert was also appointed as the prosecutorial team leader of the Peel Regional Police Major Collisions Bureau. This role involved the investigation and prosecution of only the most grave motor vehicle offences such as dangerous driving causing death, criminal negligence causing death, impaired driving causing death and careless driving involving a fatality.
Since entering private practice, Lambert has successfully defended cases in the areas of drugs, fraud, firearms, domestic assaults, youth justice, organized crime and drinking and driving related offences. He has been involved in trial and appellate cases at the Ontario Court of Justice, Superior Court of Justice and the Ontario Court of Appeal.
Lambert serves as Counsel to the Firm, where he lends his deep trial experience to complex, multi-week matters, particularly those with quasi-criminal or regulatory dimensions.
